Frequently Asked Questions
How many check-ups can I order at one time?
You may order as many check-ups as you like for up to ten stores. You must
order a minimum of 3 check-ups (1 check-up per location each month for 3 months).
What forms of payment are accepted?
At this time, the We Card ID CHECK-UP service only accepts payment
via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
What are the payment terms?
The minimum initial order allowed is for 3 months (1 check-up per location
each month for 3 months). Payment for the first 3 months is due in advance.
After 3 months, check-ups will continue to be performed and billed to your
credit/debit card automatically on a monthly basis, unless you notify us in
writing of your intent to cancel the service. We require 30 days advance notice
for cancellation.
Do check-ups performed by the We Card ID CHECK-UP training service satisfy my state's compliance check requirement?
No. The We Card ID CHECK-UP service is a training tool intended to
complement your overall underage tobacco sales prevention training program.
This service is not affiliated with any state enforcement agency.
What are the fines and penalties for failing a tobacco sting in my state?
The fines and penalties for failing a state-run tobacco sting vary from state
to state. Summaries of the state laws regarding underage tobacco sales can
be viewed at the main We Card website. The summaries are for reference
only. Consult with an attorney for more complete information.
Can I order this service by calling We Card?
At this time, you can only order the We Card ID CHECK-UP service

How do I cancel the service?
Notify the service in writing 30 days prior to the next billing date. The address for cancellation is:
